St Andrews is about 55 miles from Edinburgh city centre and a little less from the airport. In normal traffic the drive takes around an hour and fifteen minutes, crossing the Forth on the Queensferry Crossing with views of the famous rail bridge.
Plan around your tee time
We recommend arriving 45 minutes before your tee time to register, warm up and visit the shop. For an 8:00 start from Edinburgh that means leaving at about 5:45. Tell us your tee time when you book and we will set the pick-up for you.
Which car?
A Mercedes E-Class or S-Class takes two players with clubs comfortably. For three or more golfers, or for anyone travelling with trolleys and shoes bags, the V-Class seats seven with space for six golf bags.
Make a day of it
Many guests add Carnoustie, Kingsbarns or a lunch in the East Neuk fishing villages. Book by the hour and your chauffeur stays with you all day, waiting while you play.
