We collect only the information we need to provide your journey, and we never sell it.

What we collect
- Contact details: name, email address and phone number.
- Journey details: addresses, dates, flight numbers, passengers and notes you give us.
- Payment information, handled by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment, not your card number.
How we use it
- To quote, book and carry out your journey, and to contact you about it.
- To send your chauffeur’s details and updates by email and SMS.
- To keep accounting records, as required by law.
Who we share it with
Your chauffeur, and the service providers that run our booking system (hosting, database, email and payment providers), each under a contract that protects your data. We never sell or rent your information.
How long we keep it
Booking records are kept for six years for tax purposes, then deleted.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. Contact us using the details below. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
