Edinburgh Airport has a single arrivals hall, which makes meeting simple. Once you have collected your bags and passed through customs, walk straight ahead through the sliding doors into the public arrivals area.
The meeting point
Your chauffeur waits directly opposite the arrivals exit, holding a Caledonia name board with the passenger name you gave when booking. If you would prefer a discreet board (a company name or initials only), add it to the notes when you book.
If your flight is early or late
We track every flight using the number you provide. If you land early, your chauffeur is already there; if you are delayed, the pick-up time moves automatically. Free waiting starts when your flight lands: 60 minutes for international arrivals.
To the car
The dedicated pick-up area is a two-minute walk from arrivals. Your chauffeur handles the luggage, and the car is waiting with water, Wi-Fi and phone chargers.
