Your booking

A booking is a request until we confirm it by email. We confirm most bookings within the hour. If we cannot accept a booking we will tell you straight away and refund any payment in full.

Prices

Prices are fixed and include VAT, fuel, tolls, airport parking and drop-off charges, and the waiting time shown for your journey. The price only changes if you change the journey, for example by adding stops, changing the addresses or extending an hourly hire.

Waiting time

• Airport arrivals: 60 minutes from landing at Edinburgh, Glasgow, Aberdeen and Prestwick; 45 minutes at Inverness and Dundee.
• All other pick-ups: 15 minutes from the booked time.
• Further waiting may be charged at the hourly rate for the vehicle, and only with your agreement.

Passengers and luggage

Each vehicle shows its capacity for passengers and luggage. For safety we cannot carry more passengers than there are seats, or luggage that does not fit securely. Children must travel in a suitable child seat, which we provide when requested at booking.

Conduct

Smoking and vaping are not permitted. Our chauffeurs may end a journey if a passenger behaves in a way that puts anyone at risk. Damage or extra valeting caused by passengers may be charged at cost.

Delays outside our control

We plan every journey with time to spare, but we are not responsible for missed flights, trains or appointments caused by events outside our control, such as severe weather, road closures or accidents.

Payment

Online bookings are paid in full in advance by card. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. Corporate accounts are invoiced monthly on 30-day terms.
