Cancellation policy

Plans change. Here is what happens if you need to cancel or amend a booking.

Free cancellation

Cancel up to 24 hours before pick-up for a full refund.

Late cancellation

Less than 24 hours before pick-up: 50% of the fare.
Less than 3 hours before pick-up, or once the chauffeur is on the way: 100% of the fare.
Passenger no-show: 100% of the fare.

Flight cancellations

If your flight is cancelled, let us know as soon as you can and we will move or cancel your booking free of charge.

How to cancel

Reply to your confirmation email, use Manage booking with your reference, or call our 24/7 desk. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 5 to 10 working days.
